Drayu

Drayu is a sachet of the dry ingredients of our Roasted Peanut Rayu. It can be used to refill your rayu jar - just add sunflower oil and soy sauce to the amounts on the packet and shake, or it can be used as it is if you prefer not to have as much oil or soy in your diet. It also gives customers an option to create a rayu with tamari if they have a gluten intolerance.

Ingredients: peanuts (54%), sesame seeds (18%), gochgaru (korean red pepper flakes), cane sugar, garlic, sea salt
